Is my request confirmed automatically?
No. A request opens a direct conversation with Enrique. The trip is confirmed only after reviewing availability and agreeing on the final price, route and currency in writing.
How and in which currency do I pay?
Once the trip is confirmed, you can pay in cash in person or online through TropiPay. The currency is agreed directly with Enrique before confirming the trip.
When is the TropiPay option used?
Only after Enrique confirms the service, final fare and currency.
How and where do we meet on arrival?
Enrique will meet you at the agreed terminal exit door with a sign displaying your or your group’s name. Confirm the exact pickup location directly.
What if my flight is delayed?
With a valid flight number, included airport waiting starts at actual arrival. Notify Enrique of flight changes; pickup is adjusted when updated information is reasonably available. No automatic flight tracking is promised.
How much luggage fits?
Capacity depends on passenger count and the real size and type of luggage. Enrique must confirm it.
Is the fare per person or per vehicle?
The fare is per vehicle. Enrique confirms the final fare and what the service includes in writing.
Can we request stops?
Requested stops can be described and must be confirmed as part of the route and conditions.
What if my schedule changes?
Coordinate changes with Enrique. They depend on availability, charges may apply, and revised conditions must be agreed before confirmation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation 24 hours or more before confirmed pickup has no cancellation charge. Later cancellations and no-shows follow the payment-specific terms on the policy page.
Does Enrique speak other languages?
Direct assistance is available in Spanish and English. The website is available in six languages.
When do I pay?
Payment takes place once the trip is confirmed: in cash in person or online using the TropiPay link Enrique sends. Selecting a method in the form does not start a charge.
