My story in the taxi trade began before I sat behind the wheel. I started as a mechanic at the Ciudad Deportiva taxi base in Havana. Later I had the opportunity to take a position as a taxi driver. I first drove sedan taxis, then moved on to minibuses and vans, and I still drive a van today.
Havana with Enrique is a way to introduce myself before you write. You can tell me whether you are looking for a transfer, a journey between Havana and Varadero or a city tour.

More about my background and how I work
I have spent more than 34 years in the taxi and transport sector. That journey includes the workshop and driving; I do not want to present all those years as time behind the wheel. I have travelled throughout Cuba and am interested in sharing places I know personally, without claiming to know every corner or promising how everything will be when you arrive.
My intention is for us to discuss dates, passengers and needs clearly. Experience helps us ask questions, but it does not remove the current difficulties. A request starts that conversation: it does not confirm a booking or replace agreement on availability, the final price, currency and conditions.

- Daily, 06:00–24:00 (midnight), Cuba local time.
- Assistance languages
- Direct assistance is available in Spanish and English.
- Response time
- Typical response time is approximately 15 minutes during business hours. Outside business hours, Enrique will reply as soon as possible.
- Receipts
- Enrique emails a digital receipt after the service is completed. The website does not issue receipts automatically.
Additional stops are possible with prior coordination with Enrique. The route and any charges are agreed before confirmation.
There is currently no dedicated backup driver. A replacement is subject to availability and your agreement; the cancellation and refund policies still apply.
