My story in the taxi trade began before I sat behind the wheel. I started as a mechanic at the Ciudad Deportiva taxi base in Havana. Later I had the opportunity to take a position as a taxi driver. I first drove sedan taxis, then moved on to minibuses and vans, and I still drive a van today.

Is my request confirmed automatically?
No. A request opens a direct conversation with Enrique. The trip is confirmed only after reviewing availability and agreeing on the final price, route and currency in writing.
How and in which currency do I pay?
Once the trip is confirmed, you can pay in cash in person or online through TropiPay. The currency is agreed directly with Enrique before confirming the trip.
When is the TropiPay option used?
Only after Enrique confirms the service, final fare and currency.
How and where do we meet on arrival?
Enrique will meet you at the agreed terminal exit door with a sign displaying your or your group’s name. Confirm the exact pickup location directly.

Havana with Enrique
Use this website to request transport with Enrique in Cuba. The portal lets customers view their own requests and bookings, while administrators manage the service. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.
Google sign-in uses your name, email address and basic profile information to identify your portal account. Signing in as a customer does not grant administrator access.
Only the designated administrator authorises Gmail to send service notifications from the administrative account. Customers are not asked for Gmail access. The application does not read or delete mailbox messages.
