Private transportation service
Airport transfers
Arrange your airport pickup or drop-off using your flight details and accommodation address. Travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle.
Airports and destinations
Request a transfer between José Martí (HAV) and Havana, or Juan Gualberto Gómez (VRA) and Varadero, in either direction. You can also ask about HAV ⇄ Varadero and VRA ⇄ Havana.
Provide the terminal shown on your flight details. Enrique will agree a meeting point with you; for arrivals, you can arrange to meet outside the arrivals area with a sign bearing your name.
Approximate driving times
- HAV ⇄ Vedado, Centro Habana or Old Havana: 30–45 minutes.
- HAV ⇄ Miramar or Playa: 25–35 minutes.
- HAV ⇄ Varadero: 2–2.5 hours.
- VRA ⇄ Varadero hotel zone: 25–40 minutes.
Traffic, your terminal and the exact address can affect these times. They exclude arrival formalities and baggage collection. Let Enrique know about flight changes; the published waiting policies still apply.
